Resolution of Ornament moves beyond the execution of code, to translate computer language into architectural form. Rather than constructing form by several primitives, this project adopts a strategy of singular differentiation.
Generated through a recursive algorithm, the form evolves from a simple geometric seed that divides into increasingly smaller componenets. This operation allows complex, organic geometries to emerge from a single origin. The resulting morphology challenges the understanding and relationship between structure and ornament, wheter portrayed as a spine, a capital, or a base, these forms represent the visual and material evidence of the code’s resolution, where the detail mirrors the logic of the whole.
